GBG Kathmandu | Engage

































GBG Kathmandu | Engage will invite around 50 startups and aspiring technology entrepreneurs and provide training on Growth Hacking, focusing on ways of user engagement. We will also be presenting successful case studies on how a startup from actually applied various user engagement and conversion optimization techniques to increase its sales.

Who should attend ?

This training would be suitable for beginners in e-commerce business and startups trying to use technology to promote their business and acquire users.
The workshop will focus on Growth Hacking techniques to grow and engage your online user base.

CMOs, User Acquisition Heads, Online Marketers and digital startup founders should attend this event.

Topic: Growth Hacking

Manager of Google Business Group (GBG), Nepal, Amit is also the CEO of Janaki Technology Pvt. Ltd. It is one of the leading Telecom VAS Providers in Nepal operating through its arms – Sparrow SMS and Picovico. Amit and his company have been significantly involved in regular tech events, developer meetups, hackathons, and workshops. Amit is an expert and a specialist in the field of Marketing, Business Planning, Project Management, Public Relations, SMS services and solutions.

2. Erica Hanson

Topic: GBG Engage

Erica Hanson has been at Google for over 10 years and is currently a Regional Lead on the Developer Relations Ecosystem team based out of Singapore. She leads programs focused on helping startups and developers.

She is also the global lead of the Google Business Groups (GBGs) program, which is focused on helping entrepreneurs be more successful using Google technologies through communities. 

Erica has worked across different areas of the business (sales, operations, and engineering) and across different countries and Google offices (Mountain View, San Francisco, London, and Singapore). 

Erica co-founded Geek Girl Meetup in Singapore, a community for women in tech. She majored in Psychology and minored in Communications at Stanford University.
